The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, March 29, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
As a storm system moves through the Rockies tomorrow, rain
will continue along the California coast throughout much of
the day. Snow will also continue in the Sierra as well as
higher elevations in the Great Basin. Generally quiet
conditions are likely in the Northwest and the Plains. In
the Midwest and Northeast, a disturbance will bring rain and
snow showers from Michigan to New York, with some minor
accumulations not able to be ruled out in northern portions
of those states. With temperatures well above freezing
farther south, no accumulations will occur. Otherwise, in
the wake of heavy rain and severe storms, drier weather is
expected for most of the Gulf Coast.
