NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms capable of producing flash flooding, hail,
damaging winds and even a tornado will rumble through
southeastern Oklahoma, eastern Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas
and western Tennessee tomorrow. The highest likelihood of
severe weather is expected to be centered on the Arklatex.
Farther west, snow will fall in the colder air in the
southern Rockies. A new storm will begin to spread rain and
mountain snow into the Northwest. A few morning showers
could dampen much of the East Coast from southern Maine to
North Carolina. In upstate New York, Vermont, New Hampshire
and northern and central Maine, snow is expected. A dry day
is likely in the Ohio Valley, but a winter storm will spread
rain, snow, ice and thunderstorms into the region by Friday.
