The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, November 30, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
As a cold front continues to slide eastward tomorrow, rain
and thunderstorms are expected across much of the Southeast
and into the mid-Atlantic, stretching from the Florida
Panhandle into southern Pennsylvania. A couple of severe
thunderstorms are also possible, with damaging wind gusts as
the main hazard. Farther north, rain is also likely across
the Northeast, with winds increasing sharply behind the cold
front. Some snow is also expected in Michigan, as cold air
allows for lake-effect snow showers to develop. Meanwhile,
the next storm system will arrive in the Pacific Northwest,
bringing rain to coastal Oregon and Washington, with
mountain snow farther inland.
