Mr. David W. Fields, 70, retired Respiratory Therapist with Webster General Hospital and North MS Medical Center and former owner of Trucare Medical Supplies died July 11, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, MS. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Wednesday July 14, 2021 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery in Webster County, MS. Rev. Travis Gray and Rev. Ricky Watson officiated. Pallbearers were; Kevin Ray, Jarren Holmes, David Fields, Greg, Dylan and Tyler Fleming.
He was a member of the Eupora First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father; David Wright Fields. Mr.
David is survived by his wife; Rene Peery Fields, Eupora, MS., his mother; Zelma Fields Crowley, Eupora, MS, two daughters; Samantha (Greg) Fleming, Brandon, MS, and Kim Fields (Jonathan) Holmes, Eupora, MS,, two sons; Scott (Anna) Fields, Florence, AL, and Jason (Haley) Fields, Aransas Pass, TX, one sister; Peggy (Curtis) Clanton, Eupora, MS, ten grandchildren; Tyler Fleming, Dylan Fleming, Jarren Holmes, Kailan Holmes, Callie Fields, Selah Fields, David W. Fields III, Olivia Fields, Haston Fields and Payten Fields, and two great grandchildren; Raphael Gwin and Gabriel Gwin.
