The University of Mississippi has announced local students named to the fall 2022 Chancellor's Honor Roll and Dean's Honor Roll.
Students named to the Chancellor's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00, included Bethany Salley and Avery Tollison of Eupora, Shiann Brennan and Josie Reed of Maben, Megan Brown and Joshua Yates of Mathiston, and Robert May of Stewart.
"The remarkable students achieving Chancellor's Honor Roll are among the best and brightest at the University of Mississippi," said Chancellor Glenn Boyce. "I commend them for their hard work and dedication resulting in their outstanding academic achievements and this well-deserved recognition."
Students named to the Dean's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74, included Lillie Burton of Eupora, William Vaughn of Maben, Jena Cooper and Lauren Graves of Mantee, Reagan Plunkett of Mathiston and Helen Roy of Stewart.
In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.
