Louisville got into the win column in Class 4A, Region 3 last week as the Wildcats hosted the Greenwood Bulldogs.
It was a 16-0 shutout win for LHS as the team got its first district win after dropping the first two games to Caledonia earlier this month. Weather prevented the other game against the Bulldogs and it also wiped out Saturday’s contests against Eupora and Philadelphia.
More weather issues could affect this week’s games as well as LHS was scheduled to play Kosciusko at home on Tuesday night after Monday brought in heavy rain and storm. The Whippets and Wildcats were also expected to play on Thursday night at Kosciusko in Region 3 action.
Next week, LHS (4-5, 1-2 Region 4) will be at home against Houston on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and will go on the road Saturday against Morton at 2 p.m.
