Storytime at Webster County Library was attended by 13 bright and excited Pre-K children on Aug. 25.
After the time of playing, Ms. Anita led them in their morning songs, “Hello Song,” followed by several songs about pigs. They used stick puppets to sing “5 Pigs So Squeaky Clean” and ”10 Little Pigs.” They also sang “Pigs Roll in the Mud,” while rolling around on the floor.
Ms. Anita read “Hiccup!,” a story about a pig. Keeping with the pig theme, the children decorated a picture of a pig with pink pieces of construction paper.
Storytime is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
