Services for Deborah Shaw Belk, 64, of Brandon, were Sept. 30, 2021, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with the Rev. William S. Weddle officiating. Burial followed in Crestview Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Oktibbeha County on Oct. 14, 1956, to the late Billy Earl and Eavy Lee Shaw of Walthall. Mrs. Belk was retired from the Mississippi Department of Revenue. She died Sept. 27, 2021, at Brandon Nursing and Rehab.
Survivors include her husband, Randall Belk; a son, Christopher Bailey; and her siblings, Lisa Fulgham of Eupora and Steve Shaw of Southside, Tenn.
Dewitt A. Cutts

Services for Dewitt A. Cutts, 86, were Sept. 29, 2021, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church near Weir with Revs. Paul Vaughn and Bradley Herod officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
He was born Sept. 17, 1935, in Choctaw County to the late Henry Hilyard and Gertrude Cutts. The Rev. Cutts was a retired minister, serving as pastor for five churches, and taught 23 years at Weir High School. He also served two years in the U.S. Army and was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. He died Sept. 27, 2021, at his residence near Weir.
Survivors include his wife, Jessie Baskin Cutts; a daughter, Sue Cutts Tarver; a son, Tim Cutts; and five grandchildren.

Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman was in charge of arrangements.
