Martha McGee, 98, of Weir, MS passed away August 23, 2021, at Winston County Nursing Center. Funeral Services were Friday, August 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Weir Baptist Church and Burial followed at Beulah Cemetery. Visitation was Friday, August 27, 2021, 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Weir Baptist Church. Rev. Jared Busby ministered.
She was a member of Weir Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, and farmer. She was her husband’s right-hand person on the farm.
Mrs. Martha McGee is survived by two sons John Reeves McGee (Mary) of McCool, MS, and David McGee (Phyllis) of McCool, MS; two daughters Annell McGill (Ron) of Scottsboro, AL and Donna McGee of West Monroe, LA; Six grandchildren; and Ten great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Reeves McGee; parents Winston Dewitt “Buster” and Laura Roberta Gladney Thompson; four brothers; and one sister.

The family requested that all family and friends wear a mask for the safety of everyone attending.
