Jo Prisock Miller Sibley Redwine, aged 70, passed away at her home in Eupora, Mississippi on August 27, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Coy Lovelace Prisock.
Jo graduated from Ackerman High School and was a certified nursing assistant for Providence Senior Care. She also worked as a personal sitter for the elderly. She had eight grandchildren that she loved dearly plus many others that she loved like her grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, James (Kristyn) Miller of Laurel, Mississippi; two daughters Stephanie and Sally Sibley both of Eupora, Mississippi; two brothers, Kenny Prisock of Eupora and William (Judy) Prisock) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; four sisters, Joyce Haines of Louisville, Mississippi; Susie Russell of Versailles, Kentucky; Ruthie (Gene White and Betty Harwell both of Eupora, Mississippi; eight grandchildren, Aaron (Brooke) Herrington, Jared (Shea) Herrington, Nathan Herrington, Wilburn Sibley, Haley Sibley, Nathaniel Potts, Destiny Sibley, and MaKayla Sibley; and two great grandchildren, Aubree and Abby.
Jo is preceded in death by her parents, Alan and Coy Lovelace Prisock; two husbands, Leslie Redwine and Wilburn Sibley; a son, Calvin Miller; and one grandchild, Teri Dawn Lovett.
Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Wise Reed Funeral Home. A visitation was held prior to the service Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Wise Reed Funeral Home. Burial followed at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Wise Reed Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help defray funeral expenses.
