BIDS WANTED
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on the 6th Day of December 2021, by the Board of Supervisors of Webster County, Mississippi, at their office in the Courthouse Building in Walthall, MS, to furnish and sell to said county for the use of road maintenance districts and for other county purposes the following described materials and services:
#57 Gravel (washed)
Over-Sized Gravel
Pea Gravel
Hot Mix (binder mix, surface mix)
Cold Mix
Crushed Limestone (all sizes) (including delivery, excluding delivery)
Grader Blades (all sizes) (delivered or pick-up)
Bionic Blades (all sizes) (delivered or pick-up)
Plastic Culverts (all sizes) (including delivery, excluding delivery)
Metal Culverts (all sizes) (including delivery, excluding delivery)
Polymerized-Emulsified Asphalt (CRS-2, CRS-2P)
Hauling (per each district) (all products)
Landscape Services (DHS Bldg., Library, Justice Court Bldg., Courthouse)
All bids are to be made as per price to each district. Please state on your bid if deliverance of items can be made within two (2) working days after receipt of purchase order.
Culverts- all bids are to be made per price to each district. All bids are to be made F.O.B. to each district barn. Deliverance of culverts to Webster County Barns, all to be made within (2) working days after receipt of purchase order.
Bidders are requested to make definite bids on all items without reference to any other catalog or document that does not accompany the bid and designated the period of time the bid is for. Awards are to be made for furnishing these items during a 12 month period from Dec. 6, 2021 to December 5, 2022. (This is a contract bid for the months indicated) If any change is required, your contract will be considered “NULL AND VOID”………
Bids are to be filed with the clerk of said board at the Chancery Clerk’s Office- 6333 MS HWY 9 Ste. #123, Walthall, MS 39771 on or prior to said date, and at that time will be publicly opened. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, but the board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.

Notice of sale is hereby given in accordance with the Mississippi State statutes governing the sale of abandoned vehicles. The vehicles listed below will be sold along with all contents of the listed vehicle for wrecker service and storage charges and for cost of this sale. This sale will take place at Rico Wrecker Service, 4094 MS Hwy 9, Eupora, MS 39744 on November 27, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Rico Wrecker Service reserves to right to reject any and all bids.
