Louisville Municipal School District Superintendent Randy Grierson reports that the district is continuing their meal program, handing out breakfast and lunch to children ages 0-18.
The district has implemented a new strategy with the lunch grab and go.
The meals will be given out Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm at Eiland Middle School, Louisville High School, Nanih Waiya Attendance Center, and Noxapater Attendance Center.
The Monday and Wednesday grab and gos contain 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches. The Friday lunch inlcudes 1 breakfast and 1 lunch.
The sites are manned by faculty members who are using personal protective equipment.
The program is inline with the Mississippi Department of Education and USDA guidelines.
