The Controllers 4-H Clubs celebrated Go Blue for Child Abuse Awareness April 19 with other states. People from California, Kentucky and Georgia, just to name a few, represented in blue.
Leader Rose Graham said, “I never thought a Facebook challenge would bring in so many participants.”
The club has celebrated this awareness at church for over 10 years. Graham thought about Facebook and did a challenge. This was great because there has never been this many showcasing blue. Over 400 charmed in for this event.
The club will continue to do events through Facebook so that information can be shared with others.
