On Tuesday April 28 at approximately, 3 p.m., Louisville Police Department arrested Dearius Phillips for two counts of armed robbery.
The first robbery occurred on September 30, 2019 at CK's convenience store located on North Church Avenue; the second took place on March 30, 2020 at 24 North Montgomery Avenue. Phillips was also charged with resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
On Thursday April 30, Phillips had an initial appearance before Judge David Wilson in Louisville Municipal Court where his bond was set at $250,000 per count of armed robbery and $5,000 for possession of a controlled substance.
