Funeral services for Cornell L. Miller, 43, were held at 2 p.m., December 4 at Beck Funeral Home in Louisville. Rev. Willie J. Matthews officiated.
Mr. Miller died November 23 at the TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Survivors include his wife, Hope Miller; daughters, Cornisha Gatewood, Adrianna Simmons, Cortney Kimbrow, and Victoria Kimbrow; sons, Travious Miller, Mareio Robinson, and Brian Kimbrow; 3 sisters Chassity R. Coleman, Wynette Pleas, and Annette Pleas and Shirley McCarty; brothers, Chad Steele, Ricky Pleas, Rodney Gill, Jeffery Hardin, and Chris Steele.

Ethel Mae Dailey
Funeral services for Ethel Mae Dailey, 99, were held at 11 a.m., December 4 at Oak Grove #2 MB Church in Louisville. Rev. Anthony Thames officiated. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Dailey died on November 26 at her home.
Survivors include one daughter, Ethel Lou; 4 sons, Otha Dailey, Obbie Lee Dailey, M.C. Dailey, and Mose Dailey; 3 sisters, Essie Triplett, Marine Clark and Betty Triplett; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 7 great, great grandchildren.

Chansity Kiakeah Sherman
Funeral services for Chansity Kiakeah Sherman, 43, were held at 2 p.m., December 5 at Beck Funeral Home in Weir. Rev. Richard Lyons officiated. Burial followed in the Mount Salem cemetery.
Mrs. Sherman died November 29 at the Choctaw County Hospital in Ackerman.
Survivors include her husband, Marcus Sherman; her step father, Dave Frazier; one daughter, Adraya K. Sherman; step-sons, Amariyon Sherman and Mandrell Batts; one sister, Kristi Buford; her grandmother, Cancell Payne and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Maxine V. Jones
Services for Maxine V. Jones, 90, were Dec. 1, 2021, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman with the Revs. Danny Irvin and Revs. Todd Chesser officiating. Burial followed in Enon Cemetery.
She was born March 12, 1931, in Choctaw County to the late Joe Felix Sr. and Beulah McMinn Vaughan. Mrs. Jones retired first as food service supervisor for Choctaw County Medical Center and Nursing Home. Later she worked and retired as cook/cashier/operator for SuperValu Grocery & Deli. She died Nov. 29, 2021, at her residence in Ackerman.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Lucas of Ackerman; one son, Vaughan Jones of Ackerman; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
