Mrs. Bessie Dell Edwards Griffin, 76, retired clinical office manager, died November 24, 2021, at her residence. Funeral Services were held 2:00PM Sunday November 28, 2021, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Edwards Springs Cemetery in Webster County. Bro. Don Vaughan officiated. Pallbearers were; Mike Cresap, Tyler Cresap, Reed Cresap, David Moreland, John Fields and Rusty Blackston.
She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and worked over 48 years as Dr. Charles Ozborn's clinical office manager. She was preceded in death by her parents; William Reed Edwards and Olene Gregg Edwards and infant twin brothers. Bessie Dell is survived by her husband; James L. Griffin, Eupora, MS, two daughters; Michelle (Mike) Griffin Cresap, Madison, MS, and Julie Griffin, Eupora, MS, a sister; Frances Blackston, Eupora, MS, two grandsons; Reed (Emily) Cresap and Tyler Cresap and her loving caregiver; Tiffany Nunnery.
