In a 68-64 win over West Lowndes, the Wildcats had to bounce back after giving up an eight-point lead in the fourth quarter and the game was sent to overtime. Semaj Knowles scored seven points in the final period and helped lead to the team to a big win.

Against the Tigers, defense won the day for LHS in a low-scoring 45-37 victory. Ingram came up big again with 19 points on the night.
The win improved the Wildcats to 3-4 on the season and has the team moving in the right direction with a rejuvenated roster.
The girls squad continued its strong start to the season this year. LHS rolled over West Lowndes 65-19, grabbed a 69-45 victory over Noxubee and then went to the Tangle on the Trail and dominated Class 5A Lafayette 61-35.
