After a week of practice and focus, the Choctaw Chargers played in the Louisville High School Classic on Feb. 12.
In Game 1, the Chargers beat Philadelphia, 5-2. Sophomore Hayden Tuck pitched 2 and 1/3 innings with 7 strikeouts. In game 2, the Chargers beat Noxapater 9-0. Freshman Peyton Thomas pitched a 3 inning win.
On Feb. 14, the Chargers faced Louisville High School and took the win 15-0. The Chargers had 13 hits and 4 extra base hits. Senior Clark Crowley was on the mound for the Chargers.
The Chargers return to action Thursday, Feb. 17 at Tom Glasgow Park against Louisville again. On Feb. 24, the Chargers will head to Leake Academy for a nondistrict game.
