notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Winston County; Mississippi, will receive
sealed bids in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday,
January 3, 2023, for depository of the County funds for the period of January 3, 2023 through
December 31, 2023; that said bids shall provide interest-bearing checking accounts with interest
compounded monthly and paid monthly. Stop payment fees should be waived. Analysis Fees
should not be included. Any financial institution submitting a bid must meet the requirements for a county depository as set out in Section 27-105-315 (I) of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as
amended. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside as "Bid
