Wooten, single man executed a certain deed of trust to Carrington Title Services, LLC - Ramquest, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, State of Mississippi in Book 722 at Page 322; and
