PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the undersigned counsel of records for KELLIE MOYA GULLY, the Petitioner, filed a Complaint for Domestication, Registration, and Enforcement of Foreign Judgment on the 27th day of February, 2023. Attached to the Complaint is the Child Support Review Order, styled as In the Interest of Gavin Wade Wallace, A Child; Cause No. L-12-0216-CV-B, was entered in the 156th District Court of Live Oak County in the State of Texas, referenced therein as Exhibit “A”, filed on December 15, 2017. Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 93-27-305, please take notice of the following:
1. A hearing to contest the validity of the registration of the Complaint must be requested by you or on your behalf within twenty (20) days after your receipt of this Notice;
2. Failure to contest the registration of the Complaint will result in your implied consent for the Winston County Chancery Court to have jurisdiction to register, domesticate, and enforce the Order entered and will preclude further contest of that determination with respect to any matter which could have been asserted; and
