Webster County School District is seeking informal Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural/engineering design and bid services related to the following project:
District-Wide Touchless Bathroom Renovations
(2) Extended Learning Spaces/Wellness Labs on both High School locations
(2) Extended Learning Spaces and Pre-K playgrounds for both Elementary School locations
The federally funded project must be completed on or before September 30, 2024.
Following information provided for the proposal is listed below:
1. Show qualifications of member(s) in the area of project described above
2. Show qualifications of any sub-consultant, not members of your firm, who will be utilized as a consultant in any project described above
3. Show prior involvement or experience with federally funded projects
4. Provide certification that your firm or individual members of your firm have not been disbarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in the federal assistant programs or activities
Also the Request for Qualifications should include:
a. Name, title, telephone number, and email of the person authorized to negotiate the contract and clarify services in proposal on behalf of the organization.
b. History of the company, including the range of services performed and a list of all experience with educational and/or comparable facilities.
c. The number of years the company has existed, including a list of projects performed in the last five (5) years as well as any comparable facilities.
d. Accessibility and/or distance to/from Webster County
e. Qualifications of proposed project team, including the primary individual(s) tasked with the primary design process as well as overseeing the project. This response should include the education, training, experience, licensing and qualifications of the individuals responsible for performance of the work described herein.
f. Availability and ability to meet with the District and to meet proposed schedules, which may require quick turnaround times.
g. Indicate the present level of professional and general liability and other insurance coverage for the firm.
h. Provide a list of projects currently under contract and a statement regarding your ability to commit the time necessary to this project.
i. List and describe any litigation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution proceedings the Architect has been involved in with an owner within the past five (5) years.
The selected firm or individual will be required to provide proof of insurance, Form W-9 IRS Form and certify other federal and state requirements upon execution of a contractual agreement.
Webster County School District reserves the right to evaluate the qualifications based on the proposal that is most advantageous to the Webster County School District. Webster County School District also reserves the right to reject any and all Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
