Rambling with Mrs. Arlene
Praise the Lord everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas ending it with family and friends. I pray the New Year was great. The new year is only a new beginning that you alone having control over. I can’t make decisions for you and neither can you make them for me. We have to choose the way we will go. Each of us has a will to live that I believe that God gave to us so that we can make decisions that will make or break us. Let me encourage you to talk to God before you make any major decisions. The Bible teaches he is an ever-present help in times of need.
God is our heavenly father and knew us before we were even born. He knew every mistake we were ever going to make. Yet he still loves us. Nowhere in my Bible have I ever read that God wants to put us down but instead he wants to lift us up.
I pray this year will turn your thoughts toward Jesus. Begin to pray and read your Bible faithfully and let God draw you to him. It’s wonderful being a child of the king. He loves you and you’ll see your life change for the good. God bless you all. I’ll be back rambling next week, Lord willing.
