Rambling with Arlene and Emerald:
It’s time to think.
Praise the Lord everyone. I hope all of you who attended church this weekend were as blessed as I was. As soon as Sis. Linda started the music, I felt the presence of God come into our church. It was awesome. I began to worship and God just took over and I had a ball. I wish there was some way I could explain it to you so you could desire to feel what I felt.
I’m here to tell you that God is real. He loves every person who lives and walks on this Earth. He cares when we are sick. He cares when we have problems and can’t seem to decide what to do. So, why would anybody not want to turn to God and get involved in reading the Bible and finding a church to attend to learn about God’s ways and what he wants from each of us.
I truly believe God is sending out warnings and trying to let us know that time as we know it now is about to change. Hard times are on the way. The day will be coming soon when God will lift his people up and out of all this trouble and sorrows. In heaven, we will live forever and have no more troubles. We won’t be sick and hurting anymore. Everything will be beautiful and wonderful.
But if you are not going to church and don’t know God and the power of the Holy Ghost, you won’t make it. It doesn’t matter what kind of church you attend, you can still receive the Holy Ghost. The Bible teaches that it is for everyone. If you begin to pray and put your mind on you and God, it will happen. Just worship and talk to God and tell him what you want and ask him to fill you with his spirit, which is the Holy Ghost. If you are sincere, he will fill you and touch your life. There will be tears of joy when it happens. You will begin to speak in other tongues and it will feel wonderful. It will be a time you’ll never forget. I’ll be praying that you will take this message seriously because it is straight from God.
I’m going to close and I hope you can and will find time to give this some serious thought. May God bless you all and help you realize that God is real and the Holy Ghost is God in you.
