Recommends placing chainsaw carving near substation
Dear editor, Mayor Dumas and the Beautification Committee,
Could we please consider placing one of the chainsaw carvings that were so graciously donated to Eupora on Highway 9 by the nice Eupora sign near the substation?
There is so much traffic on Hwy. 9 now, with both local vehicles and people coming off the four-lane. It is my opinion that one of the carvings would make a wonderful first impression of our town.
I would hate to have carved and donated a piece and return to find it not even displayed.
Let's get these gifts up and out so they can be enjoyed.
