Letters Testamentary having been issued by the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, on the 11th day of May 2020, to the undersigned as Executor of the Estate of Rebecca McGahey Mills, Deceased, in Cause No. 2020-00065-KK, in said court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of Rebecca McGahey Mills, Deceased, to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Winston County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication hereof, that failure to probate and register any such claim within said ninety (90) day period will forever bar the same.
