You have been made a Defendant in the Petition to Determine Heirs filed in this Court by Linda Swain, Petitioner, seeking determination of any and all known and unknown heirs of James David Swain, Deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are: none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 3th day of June, 2020, at the Winston County Chancery Court in Louisville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered as requested by the Petitioner.
