be found therein after diligent search and inquiry, and last whose known street

You and each of you have been made a defendant in the Plaintiff "Complaint to
Confirm Tax Deed" wherein plaintiff requests the Court to confirm its tax deed to a
certain parcel of land and cancel and nullify any doubt, cloud, or suspicion against
Plaintiffs' title to the hereinabove described land; and that any interest claimed by you or
any of you be cancelled and held for naught; and that Plaintiff's title in and to the land
described hereinabove be confirmed in fee simple. Defendants other than you are
Honorable Lynn Fitch, Attorney General, Honorable Doug Evans, District Attorney, and
The Winston County Board of Supervisors.
You and each of you are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the
complaint filed against you in this action to Kevin Null, Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose
post office address is P. O. Box 756, Ackerman, MS 39735, and whose street address is
Quinn Street, Ackerman, MS 39735.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN
THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 6TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2020, WHICH IS THE DATE
OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT
SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED
