SW¼ of NE¼ and N½ of SE¼ of NE¼, less 2 acres east of road, described as beginning at a point where the semi-public road crosses the north line of S½ of NE¼ of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 12 East, which is 2 acres West of the East section line of said section, as the point of beginning; thence East 2 acres, more or less, to the East line of said Section 10, thence South along East Section line a distance of 200 feet, thence run West 450 feet more or less to said road, thence in a Northeasterly direction along said road to point of beginning, all in Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 12 East, and containing 58 acres, more or less, in Winston County, Mississippi.

Parcel B: COMMENCING at a ½” rebar found on the NE corner of the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 10, T-14-N, R-12-E, Winston County, Mississippi run West a distance of 518.14’ to a ½” rebar found on the Westerly ROW of Williamson Road which marks the POINT OF BEGINNING of this lot or parcel of land herein described and conveyed. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run along the Westerly ROW of Williamson Road as follows: along a curve turning to the left with an arc length of 221.45’, with a radius of 3725.63’, with a chord bearing of S 46° 02’41” W, with a chord length of 221.42’; thence along a curve turning to the left with an arc length of 122.33’, with a radius of 909.49’, with a chord bearing of S 39°13’32” W, with a chord length of 122.24’; thence S 29°27’01” W a distance of 62.06’; thence S 17°14’59” W a distance of 64.73’; thence along a curve turning to the left with an arc length of 121.68’, with a radius of 853.70’.with a chord bearing of S 04°39’03” W, with a chord length of 121.58’; thence S 00°38’41” W a distance of 173.31 to a ½ rebar found; thence run West a distance of 513.74’ to a ½” rebar found; thence run North a distance of 658.71’ to a ½” rebar found; thence run East a distance of 811.95’ to the POINT OF BEGINNING. This lot or parcel of land is located in the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 10, T-14-N, R-12-E, Winston County Mississippi and contains a total of 8.86 +/- acres.
Description: COMMENCING at a ½” rebar found on the NE corner of the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 10, T-14-N, R-12-E, Winston County, Mississippi run South a distance of 209.13” to a ½” rebar found at fence corner which marks the POINT OF BEGINNING of this lot or parcel of land herein described and conveyed. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run South along or near fence boundary line a distance of 449.58’ to a ½” rebar found; thence run West a distance of 766.35’ to a ½” rebar found on the Easterly ROW of Williamson Road; thence run along the Easterly ROW of Williamson Road as follows: N 00°38’41” a distance of 172.78’; thence along a curve turning to the right with an arc length of 110.92’, with a radius of 803.70’, with a chord bearing of N 04°31’08” E, with a chord length of 110.83’; thence N 17°14’59” E a distance of 55.61’; thence N 29°27’01” E a distance of 54.09’; thence along a curve turning to the right with an arc length of 93.95’, with a radius of 859.49’, with a chord bearing of N 38°40’25” E, with a chord length of 93.90’ to a ½” rebar found; thence run along or near old dilapidated fence line S 89°22’11” E a distance of 653.95” to the POINT OF BEGINNING. This lot or parcel of land is located in the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 10, T-14-N, R-12-E, Winston County, Mississippi and contains a total of 7.76 acres.
Said property is identified as Parcels 141221001 0100300 and 141221001 0200400.
You have been made a Respondent in the hereinafter mentioned petition filed in this Court by Four W, LLC, Petitioner, seeking to quiet and confirm title to the herein described property. Respondents in this action are any and all persons having or claiming any legal or equitable interest in the herein described land.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in the action to Lynn King, Attorney for Petitioner, whose post office address is Post Office Box 28, Carthage, Mississippi 39051 and whose street address is 108 Court Square, Carthage, Mississippi 39051.
Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty days after the 8th day of July, 2020 which is the date of the first publication of this summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
