The above described tract is situated in Sections 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Township 22 North, Range 7 East, Grenada County, Mississippi, and contains 1920.0 acres. Take notice that Square Mile Energy L.L.C. (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 191-2020-D requesting the Board to grant a permit for the drilling of the Honey Bee No. 2 Well to be located at a regular location under the Temporary Special Field Rules for the Grenada Lake Field on the Unit as follows: Estimated Surface Location TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST GRENADA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI 781’ FWL and 241’ FSL of Section 17 The Well will be drilled at an estimated true vertical depth of ± 22,000 feet to test the Devonian/Ordovician Carbonate Formation and all other formations above and below said formation which may be encountered. The Petition also designates Petitioner as operator of the Well on the regular sized Unit with the right to drill increased density wells with a full individual allowable for each well. The Petition requests the right to charge non-consenting owners in the unit regular charges under Miss. Code Ann. § 53-3-7(1) with the Unit also force integrated under Miss. Code Ann. § 53-3-7(1). Please refer to the Petition for other relief requested therein. Take notice that the above and foregoing matter will be heard by this Board at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of July, 2020, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter.
