You have been made Respondents in the petition filed in this court by Glen Allen Elmore, Administrator of the Estate of Robert Lee Elmore, Deceased, Petitioner, seeking determination by the court of the heirs-at-law of Robert Lee Elmore, Deceased.
Respondents other than you in this action are Elizabeth Aline Elmore, Anne Hardie Elmore, and Lisa Harriet Elmore.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 28th day of September, 2020, in the Courtroom of the Chickasaw County Courthouse at Houston, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
