Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 10th day of July, 2020, by the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, to the undersigned upon the Estate of M. D. Avent, deceased, in cause number 20-104 of said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having a claim against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within 90 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they will be forever barred.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Eupora, Mississippi, that “sealed bids” will be received to the hour of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 for fiscal year 10/01/20 – 9/30/21 at the City Hall of Eupora, after which time they will be opened by the City Clerk. Bids will be listed, tabulated and presented to the Board of Aldermen at the August 3rd regular meeting to be held at 6 pm. Bids for services and supplies to be used for municipal purposes include, but are not limited to, the following: Office supplies and materials, bulldozer work, gasoline, oil, grease, tires and tire repair, vehicle repair, road gravel, clay gravel, slag, rip rap, culverts, valves, radio read meters, signs, pesticide, herbicide, and other water and sewer supplies required by the City will be taken. Bids will also be received for hot and cold mix laid in place per ton for each. Hot mix shall conform to State Highway Department specifications for surface mix.
Within the limitations of state law, the City of Eupora reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City.
Sealed Bids will be received at City Hall, 390 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744.

NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on 9th day of November, 2018, WILLIAM C. SKELTON and LINDA L. SKELTON, executed a Deed of Trust to Robert Thomas, Trustee, in the principal amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE AND 73/100 DOLLARS ($29,895.73), same being payable in fifty nine (59) regular payments of Three Hundred Twenty Five and 61/100 Dollars ($325.61), and one last payment of the principal amount due on November 9, 2023; or until paid in full as set out in the Deed of Trust aforesaid, which is of record in Trust Book 2018, Page 594 in the Chancery Clerk’s Office of Webster County, Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of June, 2020, THE CITIZENS BANK OF PHILADELPHIA, did execute a Substitution of Trustee, naming ZACHARY A. MADISON as Substituted Trustee, which substitution is recorded in Book 2020, Page 360, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi; and
