The Petition also designates Petitioner as operator of the Well on the regular sized Unit with the right to drill increased density wells with a full individual allowable for each well. The Petition requests the right to charge non-consenting owners in the unit regular charges under Miss. Code Ann. § 53-3-7(1) with the Unit also force integrated under Miss. Code Ann. § 53-3-7(1). Letters of Administration have been granted and issued to Josephine A. Wilson-Deyoung, Administratrix of the Estate of Nancy E. Wilson, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, on this the 24th day of June, 2020. This is to give notice to all persons having claims against said estate to Probate and Register same with the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from this date. A failure to so Probate and Register said claim will forever bar the same.
