McCain, deceased, on May 15, 2020, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against this Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Chancery Court Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice. Failure to probate and register claims will forever bar them.

You have been named by Shirley H. McCain, Administratrix of the Robert A. McCain Estate, and Co-Petitioners, Jamie A. McCain and Donovan J. McCain, who are seeking the judicial determination of heirs of Robert A. McCain, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 a.m. on June 29, 2020, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Oktibbeha County Courthouse, located at 101 East Main Street, Starkville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition and you will be forever barred.
