You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Webster County Department of Child Protection Services, by Marcus D. Davenport, and, Carla Ann Bergeron and Clark Michael Butch Waddell Bergeron, minors, seeking to terminate your parental rights as those rights relate to said minor and demanding that the full custody, control, and authority to act on behalf of said minor be placed with the Webster County Department of Child Protection Services.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 o'clock a.m., on the 01st day of July, 2020, in the Courtroom of the Oktibbeha County Courthouse at 101 East Main Street, Starkville, MS 39759, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ASBESTOS AND LEAD BASE PAINT INSPECTORS
The City of Eupora will accept sealed proposals from qualified Asbestos and Lead Base Paint Inspectors in connection with the 2016 HOME Grant to rehabilitate four (4) deteriorated houses and reconstruct two (2) dilapidated houses in the City of Eupora. These inspectors or inspector must be EPA Certified. The proposal should be labeled “Asbestos Inspector Proposal” and/or “Lead Base Paint Proposal” and have a Certification Number recorded on the outside. There will be a total of six (6) asbestos inspections and four (4) lead base paint inspections.
The proposers should be familiar with the HUD/HOME Requirements, Rules and Regulations as administered by the Mississippi Home Corporation.
Proposals must be submitted to the City of Eupora at the City Hall in Eupora, 390 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744 or at this address on or before 10:00 A.M., June 1, 2020. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
All Proposals will be rated on the following system to determine the best offer:
Description and Maximum Points: Qualifications – 40, Experience in similar projects – 40, Capacity to do work in a timely manner – 20; Total – 100 Points.
This project is funded by the HUD HOME Investments Partnership Grant and is a Section 3 covered activity as defined by the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C. 1701u) (section 3). Contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to provide, to the greatest extent feasible, training, employment, and contracting, opportunities generated by the expenditure of this assistance to low-and very low-income persons and business concerns owned by low-and very low-income persons, or which employ low-and very low-income persons. Preference can be given to businesses that are Section 3 certified.

WHEREAS, on July 11, 2017, Beatrice A. Sullivan executed a certain Deed of Trust to Jan R. Butler as Trustee for Beatrice A. Sullivan, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, in Book 2017 at page 423; and,
WHEREAS, Beatrice A. Sullivan appointed Jeffrey J. Hosford in the place and stead of Jan R. Butler or any subsequently appointed substituted trustee, said Substitution of Trustee being recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said County in Book 2019 at Page 49; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Beatrice A. WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE II
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Improvements – Phase II will be received by the Mayor and Board Members of the Town of Maben, at the offices of Town Hall located at 711 Second Street, P.O. Drawer L, Maben, MS 39750 until June 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Wastewater Improvements – Phase II.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate, Suite 5; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
