NANIH WAIYA WATER ASSOCIATION is seeking bids for labor and materials to rehabilitate (1) One 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. The scope of the work will include the following: Sandblasting, repairing and painting the exterior and interior surfaces of the tank; Cleaning, disinfecting and applying a new gasket seal to the interior; Adding an overflow screen. Contractor must furnish a minimum of ($500,000) five hundred thousand dollars Public Liability and Worker’s Compensation.

Physical Therapists – To conduct re/evaluations, provide therapy for students with disabilities and provide consultative services as needed.
Speech and Language Pathologist – To conduct re/evaluations, provide therapy for students enrolled in private schools and/or homebound support and provide consultative services as needed.
Psychometrist – To conduct re/evaluation assessments, write reports, including Talented and Gifted and provide consultative services as needed.
School Psychologist – To provide psychological re/evaluations, write reports, provide consultative services, and professional development as needed.
Orientation and Mobility Services – To conduct re/evaluations and/or provide related services as specified in the IEP.
Visually Impaired Specialist – To conduct re/evaluations and/or provide related services as specified in the IEP.
Service providers will be required to provide input for the IEP meetings, complete district reports and forms related to student services and progress, make recommendations for services to be modified or completed and attend IEP meetings.
Please ensure that the proposal includes the specific services offered, along with hourly rates. Also, note that travel and sustenance are not permissible. Requests for proposals will be accepted until the close of business on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
