WHEREAS on or about the 23rd day of January, 2015, a judgment in the amount of $102,951.80, plus post judgment interest at 7.58% from April 6, 2015, was entered against Cedell Murff and the Cedell Murff Revocable Trust in favor of PNC Bank, NA, said Judgment later assigned to SMS Financial P, LLC, in that certain case presently filed in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, Michigan, and being more particularly styled, PNC Bank, NA (SMS Financial P, LLC, Assignee) v. Cedell Murff and the Cedell Murff Revocable Living Trust, having cause number 14-007888-CK on the docket of said Court; and enrolled on the Judgment Roll of the Circuit Court of Winston County, Mississippi on the 27th day of September, 2018, more particularly styled, PNC Bank, NA v. WHEREAS after statutory interest and taxable costs, the present outstanding balance on said judgment as of October 25, 2021 is $154,135.82;
WHEREAS the Judgment Debtor, Cedell Murff and the Cedell Murff Revocable Trust, is the owner of certain real property located in Winston County, Mississippi, more particularly described herein below;
WHEREAS a writ of execution has issued from the Circuit Court Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, directing the Sheriff of Winston County to levy upon, seize and execute upon said real property and to sell same all in accordance with the provisions of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 13-3-123, 13-3-161, 13-3-163, 13-3-169, 13-3-187 and 11-7-7 (1972), and to sell same in accordance with the provisions of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 13-3-163 (1972);
