You have been made a respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs filed within the Court by Elizabeth Fox Ausbern, seeking any unknown heirs-at-law of DONNA LIGHTELL, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2021, at the Courthouse in Lowndes County, Columbus, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered for the things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

Letters of Administration having been granted on the 22nd day of July, 2021, by the Chancery Court of Webster County, to the undersigned upon the Estate of Donna Lightell, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate, now due and to become due, to present the same to the clerk of said court for probate and registration according to the law within ninety (90) days from this day, or they will be forever barred.
