Vehicles are to be purchased as-is and removed as soon as bids are accepted and approved by the Choctaw County School Board. Vehicles can be seen at the Choctaw County School District Bus Shop.
Sealed bids for the sale of the above vehicles will be taken until November 29, 2021 at 10:00AM. All bids must be received in the Superintendent’s Office at 19 E. Main St., PO Box 398, Ackerman, MS on or before
Monday, November 29, 2021 at 10:00AM. Bids will be opened and read at that time. Award of bid will be announced once all bids are opened and reviewed. The Choctaw County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Surplus Vehicle Bids” to the Choctaw County Department of Education, PO Box 398 (USPS), or 19 E. Main St. (hand deliver or parcel service), Ackerman, MS 39735 by 10:00AM on November 29, 2021. All proposals received after the 10:00AM deadline will be marked as such and will not be considered.
