You have been made a respondent in the Plaintiff’s Petition to appoint conservator. Respondents other than you are: Katina McGhee-Williams, Ericka Moore, and Don McCoy.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of May, 2021 in the courtroom of the Attala County Chancery Court Building in Kosciusko, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.

Notice is hereby given that Bank of Kilmichael, Kilmichael, Montgomery County, Mississippi has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Washington, D.C. 20429 and to the Commissioner, Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, State of Mississippi, for written consent to establish a new branch to be located on the East side of Hwy 15 across from the intersection of Hwy 15 and Weeks Street, Ackerman, Choctaw County, Mississippi 39735.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his/her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office in Dallas, Texas, 1601 Bryan Street, Dallas, TX 75201-4586 not later than September 24, 2021. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
