You have been made a respondent in the Plaintiff’s Petition to appoint conservator. Respondents other than you are: Katina McGhee-Williams, Ericka Moore, and Don McCoy.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of May, 2021 in the courtroom of the Attala County Chancery Court Building in Kosciusko, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
