You have been made a Defendant in the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law of Melvin Scott Mosley, Deceased, of Winston County, Mississippi, (“Decedent”) filed by Alexandria Mosley Trotter, Administratrix of the Estate of the Decedent, seeking a determination of the heirs at law of Decedent. Respondents other than you are Kimberly Mosley Sykes, Jeremi Wright, and Alexandria Mosley Trotter.
You and other unknown heirs at law of the Decedent, are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law filed against you at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2023, in the Winston County Court House in Louisville, Mississippi, before the Honorable Judge D. Joseph Kilgore, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment or decree will be entered that omits you as an heir at law of the Decedent.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.

1.She is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Yvonne C. McNeill.
2.Since the death of Yvonne C. McNeill, Patricia S. Smith has made reasonable, diligent efforts to identify any and all persons who might have any claim against Yvonne C. McNeill or her estate.
3.I have given notice by mail to persons so identified, at their last known address, informing them that a failure to have their claim probated and registered by the Clerk of this Court within ninety (90) day period provided by Mississippi Code of 1972, amended, 91-7-151, will bar such claim.
