WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
