WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 716 at Page 103; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 2018 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Gen Subst of Trustee Book 4 at Page 526; and

Specifications and Drawings can be viewed in the office of RJZ Architecture, PA Architecture Engineering; 91 Sunset Drive, Suite C, Grenada Mississippi 38901. Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.jones-zanderplanroom.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and the words: “Bid For 2021 Siding Replacement at 29 Buildings at Project MS 079-003, deadline of April 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM standard time” and “Bid Documents” clearly written on the outside of the bid envelope. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on forms furnished by the Architect and shall be sealed in an envelope.
