WHEREAS, on June 3, 2005, Ollie Dell Wilbourn executed a certain deed of trust to Craig N. Landrum, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for People's Choice Home Loan, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, on June 17, 2005, in Book Deed of Trust 594, Page 250.
WHEREAS, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-4, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk’s Office on May 11, 2023 in Book 5, in Page 120-121; and
