WHEREAS, on June 28, 2018, Daniel Adam Moore executed a Deed of Trust to Scott R. Hendrix, Trustee for the benefit of Renasant Bank, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi in Book 728 at Page 627; and,
WHEREAS, Renasant Bank, the present owner of the indebtedness and holder of the above described Deed of Trust, appointed Jeff D. Rawlings in the place and stead of Scott R.
