ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SCHOOL DEPOSITORY
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions that the Board of Trustees of the Louisville Municipal School District, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37-7-333, 27-105-305 and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, shall receive sealed bids for the privilege of keeping district funds from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 or thereafter until new arrangements shall be made according to law.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Vance Street will be received by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the offices of City of Louisville located at 2373 South Church Street, P.O. Box 510, Louisville, MS 39339 until March 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Grade, drain, base and paving.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc.; P.O. Drawer 1078, 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate, West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.
