WHEREAS, on August 26, 2003, Richard D. Story, a married man, Suzanne Story, his wife executed a certain deed of trust to CTC Real Estate Services, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, State of Mississippi in Book 208 at Page 81; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated January 1, 1901 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 2022 Page 125; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF2 ACQUISITION TRUST, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 19 North, Range 12 East in the Town of Mathiston, Webster County, Mississippi, described as follows: Beginning at the West line of the West one-half of said Southwest Quarter, thence easterly approximately 560 feet (main track centerline measurement of the former track of the ICG Railroad as originally located) to the West line extended of that 50 feet wide by 900 foot tract of land conveyed by the former G M and 0 Railroad Company to the Town of Mathiston, March 14, 1961; thence 150 feet North from extended west line of said tract to the Northern boundary of former right-of-way of ICG Railroad to the Point of Beginning for this parcel; thence easterly along said former right-of-way line 168 feet, thence southerly 90 feet perpendicular to said right-of-way line; thence westerly 168 feet parallel with said former right-of-way line; thence northerly 90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
