This is notice to KIM STEPHENS that WILLIAM ANDREW WITCHER, JR., has filed a Complaint against you in a matter styled William Andrew Witcher, Jr., v. Theodore T. Witcher and Kim Stephens, filed in the Chancery Court of Wilson County, Tennessee, located at 134 South College St. Lebanon, TN 37087, Case No. 2021CV298.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Chancery Court for Wilson County, TN, upon sworn Affidavit, that Defendant Kim Stephens’ whereabouts are unknown so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served; it has therefore been ordered that publication be made in The Webster Progress-Times, a newspaper published in the town of Eupora, Mississippi, for four consecutive weeks, commanding said Defendant to serve upon J. Michael Robbins, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 103 West Main St, Lebanon, TN, 37087, a copy of answer to the complaint on or before 08/05/2022, also file an answer to the complaint with the Clerk and Master at her office in Lebanon, Tennessee, according to law.
Failure to appear and respond to the Complaint filed in this matter will result in the entry of a default judgment against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, on August 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in the Chancery Court of Wilson County, TN, holding court at the Trousdale County Judicial Center, Hartsville, TN.

WHEREAS, on November 6, 2007, Joseph Nicholas Fiebig, an unmarried man executed a certain deed of trust to H. Russell Rogers, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Cadence Bank, NA, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, State of Mississippi in Book 233 at Page 96; and
