Comes now your Petitioner, James Kenneth Smith, Jr., Glenda Smith Springer and Deborah Smith Wright, named as Co-Executors in the Last Will and Testament of James Kenneth Smith, Sr. deceased, late of Webster County, Mississippi, who departed this life on the May 10, 2022, leaving a Last Will and Testament duly signed, published and attested as your Petitioners believe and which your Petitioners do hereby present to be probated, said original Will together with a copy of same and an affidavit of the attesting witnesses thereto.
Petitioners, therefore, pray that said Will be admitted for probate in due form and that said Petitioners be issued Letters Testamentary upon their taking of the oath as prescribed by law, bond having been specifically waived under the terms of the Will.
